In the court hearing, they waived his right to enter a plea on two counts of first-degree murder. For those unaware, Nick has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder. He is being held without bail, since the time he has been taken into custody. C | 陈先生扫码进入微信群后，下载陌生App参与刷单任务。起先，陈先生多次完成小额任务并顺利收到返利，于是他放下戒备，按照对方指引累计转账15万元，直到对方突然失联。两人的遭遇并不是个例，背后是一个分工明确的诈骗团伙。谭某某是这一团伙的核心组织者，团伙成员杨某某负责对接发货渠道，统一印制、申领批量快递单；宣某某负责租赁仓库专门作为涉案物料存放、打包场地，并招募多名临时工进行分装、打包涉诈卡片。经富阳区检察院认定，谭某某和杨某某主导快件邮寄，在共同犯罪中起主要作用，社会危害性突出，犯罪情节严重，依法以帮助信息网络犯罪活动罪提起公诉。针对此类案件，案件承办检察官提醒：快递网点经营者、仓储分拣和打包发货人员务必严格执行寄递“三项制度”，对装有带二维码刮奖卡、广告宣传单的快件加强查验甄别，切勿为赚取微薄酬劳承接可疑批量寄递业务。市民要牢记不收不拆陌生无来源快件、不扫描包裹内陌生二维码、拒绝任何转账充值要求。一旦不慎扫码转账，第一时间留存快件包装、卡片照片、聊天记录、转账凭证，并报警；同时向邮政管理部门举报违规寄递网点，配合相关部门溯源整治涉诈寄递产业链。
