二 |          　　当日举行的国台办例行新闻发布会上，张晗指出，近年来，民进党当局对两岸交流横加阻挠，无视台湾教育界和青年学生参与两岸交流的强烈愿望，他们对两岸教育交流合作极尽打压、限控。         　　她指出，民进党当局禁止岛内大专院校与暨南大学、北京航空航天大学等10所大陆学校交流合作，以各种名目阻挠两岸大中小学教育交流合作等，对大陆学生赴台就读在奖学金、实习、健保等方面设置多种不合理措施和限制、给予诸多不公平的对待，严重损害在台就读陆生的权益。         　　“民进党当局所作所为是影响大陆学生赴台就读的根本障碍。”张晗指出，其对两岸教育交流的禁限围堵已引起岛内教育界的普遍反对。奉劝民进党当局，尽快停止政治操弄，切实保障在台陆生权益，恢复两岸正常教育交流。                        　　近日，台教育部门称，已配合陆委会建立“登录平台”，岛内学校赴大陆交流需在该平台填报信息。

三 | 此举再度引发部分岛内学校对参与两岸教育交流的顾虑。         　　张晗应询表示，民进党当局破坏两岸教育和青年学生正常交流无所不用其极，充分暴露其阻碍两岸人员往来和各项交流合作，升高两岸对立对抗的险恶用心。         　　“事实一再证明，民进党当局是两岸交流交往的最大障碍，是台海和平稳定的最大威胁。
