五 | 为促进婚姻家庭和谐稳定，兴城市民政局组建了“幸福婚姻家庭志愿服务团”，创新形成“一二三四”工作法，即一套事项表、两组劝和员、三步劝和流程、四个劝和切入点。截至目前，已劝和928对，成功率39.8%。
六 | 兴城市民政局婚姻家庭全周期服务中心创新家事矛盾纠纷化解，聘请心理咨询师，配备沙盘等设备，开展心理咨询、心理测评、危机干预等工作，用“心”动力为爱护航。
